All programs are intended for residents of the Fowlerville School District area.
Registration is required for all teen programs & begins 2 weeks before events. A 2017-2018 Program Permission slip must be on file at the library to attend after-hours programs.
The Library now has a dedicated Therapy Dog: Lola! Lola works primarily during outreach visits to the community. Lola can be found visiting the community from the schools to senior living facilities. Stop by and say hi to our newest four-legged library team member!
Teens 6th-12th grades. Our Steampunk Craft Night was cancelled because of the snowy weather, but you can still try one of our awesome steampunk experiments at home! Click the picture for directions on how to make your own colorful slime!

Teens 6th-12th grades. Join Lansing area artist, LeBaron Rodgers II as he leads you through creating a unique anime or cartoon character of your own design. Pizza and a beverage will be served.

Teens 6th-12th grades. At the Pop-up Library, you can get a library card; check in and out FDL books; get help with the Axis 360 app and eBooks; register to attend FDL Teen Programs; get your library questions answered; and talk about books, movies, technology, and games with some cool librarians. And you can tell us your ideas for FDL Teen Programs—We're listening!

Month of March
Teens 6th-12th grades. Read the books and then vote for your favorite during each week's battle. March begins on a Thursday, so weeks will run Thursday-Wednesday. Every voter will receive a prize for entering *One vote per voter per week please. Vote in person at the library.

Winter Reading Program!
All ages are invited to celebrate March is Reading Month with the first-ever Winter Reading Program at the library! Simply stop in and get a reading log. Check in once a week for a small prize.
Colorful Zebra Painting Workshop
Friday, March 9th at 5-8pm
Teens 6th-12th grades. Brighten up the winter blahs by joining Paint and Pour at the library to step-by-step paint a colorful zebra. Pizza and a beverage will be served.

Paws for a
Friday, April 13th at 5-8pm
Teens 6th-12th grades. Join us after hours at the library for a small animal encounter provided by Carousel Acres! Snuggle with small and baby animals. Relax while we watch a fun animal movie and work on a tie blanket to be donated to the Livingston County Animal Shelter. Pizza and a beverage will be served.

The service includes free tests & accessibility tools that allow users to hear selections read aloud, make them into MP3s, translate pages into other languages, magnify text, and mask sections of the screen for greater visibility on driving practice tests.
